after our suit overcalls, we play //rubens advances//. everything starting from cuebid in opp suit (included) to direct fit in partner suit (excluded) is TRANSFER.

rubens advances does NOT APPLY when
  * partner overcalled in balancing position
  * opponents raise their suit directly

Examples:
  - (1!C) - 1!H - (pass) - 2!C=diamonds, 2!D=fit invit, 2!H=fit natural
  - (1!H) - 2!C - (pass) - 2!D=natural F1, 2!H=spades, 2!S=fit inv, 2NT=natural, 3!C=fit
  - (3!D) - 3!S - (pass) - 4!C=natural, 4!D=hearts, 4!H=spade fit, slam interest, 4!S=spade fit natural
